The Black Olive was started by Mo Farrouki and Kinsey Holliday with a simple goal: to bring fresh, homemade Italian and Mediterranean meals to the communities of Elizabethton and Jonesborough, TN. Mo’s Moroccan background and love for Mediterranean cuisine inspired the menu, while both founders wanted a place that is delicious, affordable, and welcoming to everyone.
